• 1 ts Salt or adjust amount to taste
• 1/4 c Matzo meal
• 1 lg Onion
• 2 1/2 lb Potatoes pref. baking type
• 1/8 ts Black Pepper fresh ground
• 3 lg Eggs lightly beaten
