Shepherd's Pie | Heinen's Grocery Store

Ingredients

• 5 peeled and roughly sliced Russet Potatoes

• 1/2 small diced yellow onion
• 3 finely minced cloves of garlic
• 2 pounds of ground beef
• 1 bag of Heinen’s mixed frozen vegetables (corn, peas, carrots and beans)
• 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
• Worcestershire sauce to taste
• 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
• 2 1/2 cups of beef stock
• 1 tablespoons of fresh rosemary leaves
• chopped chives for garnish
