Sri Lankan Love Cake Recipe | Little Big Flavour Kits

Ingredients

• 200g semolina
• 200g butter, melted
• 6 eggs, beaten
• 400g sugar (I prefer less)
• 250g cashews, finely chopped
• 100g pumpkin preserve ( I substituted pumpkin puree to keep the taste)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp rose water
• 1 tsp ground cardamom
• 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
• Zest of 1 lime
• A pinch of salt
