- 8 oz Italian sausage
- 1/2 egg beaten egg
- 12 oz Prego pasta sauce
- 8 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon parsley flakes
- ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/6 teaspoon ground nutmeg
