Ingredients

• 3/4 lb. Ground Bison
• 1/4 tsp. Onion Salt
• 1 slice Bacon, ground or cut fine
• 1/2 Cup Cracker Crumbs, rolled fine
• 1/4 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp. Flour
• 2 tsp. Lemon Juice
• Dash Garlic Powder and Pepper
• 2 tbsp. melted Butter
