• 1 1/2 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate, chopped
• 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 1 ¾ teaspoon unflavored gelatin
• 1/4 cup water
• ¾ cup whipping cream, whipped
