- 1 Cup Chopped Onions
- 4 Cups Beef Broth
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Cup Pigeon Peas
- 2 Cups Rice
- 2 Tbs Seasoning (Sason)
- 1 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 lbs Pork Chops
