Sourdough Rye Bread

Ingredients

• 1 cup Sourdough sponge
• 2 tablespoons Molasses
• 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup Bread flour
• 1 1/2 cup Rye flour
• 1 teaspoon Salt or more to taste
• 1/8 cup Vital wheat gluten
• 1/8 cup Brown sugar
• 1/8 cup Cocoa unsweetened
• Water as needed to get a soft dough
• 1/2 cup Sourdough starter
• 3/4 cup Water
• 1 cup Bread flour
