• 1/2 cup cocoa powder, (such as Valrhona Chocolate Cocoa Powder 100% cacao)
• 1/2 cup sugar, organic
• 1/4 cup sugar, light brown
• 1/4 cup Simpson DRC Malt Flour (malt information at BSG Craft Brewing)
• 1/4 cup oil, vegetable
• 2 each eggs, large (at room temperature)
• 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
• 3/4 cup flour, all-purpose
• 2 tablespoon Weyermann Chocolate Wheat Malt, flour (malt available at Beer, Beer and More Beer)
• 2 tablespoon Weyermann Chocolate Rye Malt, Flour (malt available at BSG Craft Brewing)
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 teaspoon salt, kosher
