• 7oz almond paste
• 1 cup sugar, divided (3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)
• 1 1/4 cup butter, softened and divided (1/2 cup and 3/4 cup)
• 4 eggs, separated
• 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• Pinch of cream of tartar
• Red and green, water based food coloring
• 1/2 cup raspberry jam, seedless and warmed
• 1 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided (3/4 cup and 3/4 cup)
• 1/4 cup chocolate jimmies
