  • 1 (15-ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • salt, to taste
  • ground pepper, to taste
  • 1 (8-ounce) package dried macaroni pasta
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, plus more to taste
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded and of your choice
