• 1/4 cup Orange Juice
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
• 1 1/2 tsps Garlic, minced
• 2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Peruvian Seasoning
• 2 tsps McCormick Culinary ® Turmeric, Ground
• 1 tsp Lemon Zest
• Roasted Chicken | Serves 4
• 2 tbsps Olive Oil
• 2 tbsps Lemon Juice, fresh
• 2 tbsps Lime Juice, fresh
• 2 tbsps Soy Sauce, low sodium
• 2 tbsps McCormick Culinary ® Peruvian Seasoning
• 1 tbsp Aji Amarillo Paste
• 4 tsps Garlic, minced
• 1 tsp Ginger, grated
• 1 each Whole Chicken, 4-5 lbs, separated into 8 sections (4 breast halves, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks)
