Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 3/4 cup scrumptious Manitoba honey
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 cup of sour cream or buttermilk
• 1 1/3 cups to 2 cups of rhubarb, finely diced
• 1 tsp cinnamon
