Ingredients

• 1 packet of bacon lardons
• 2 red onions, peeled and chopped
• 2 carrots chopped
• 3 celery sticks, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, sliced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ tsp dried thyme
• ½ dried chilli, crushed
• 200g dried lentils
• 1 vegetable stock cube
• Seat salt and pepper to taste
