• 250 g celery
• 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
• 1 apples
• 1 garlic cloves
• 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
• 5 tbsp olive oil
• 100 g couscous
• 50 g dried tomatoes in oil
• ¼ tsp salt
• salt and pepper to taste
