Ingredients

• 2 Cups Cinderella Almond Meal
• 1/4 Cup honey/maple syrup (heated to make runny if necessary)
• 1/4 Cup ghee/butter/coconut oil melted
• 1/2 Cup smooth almond butter
• 1 bag of Cinderella Dried Figs (200g)
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1/4 Cup of shortbread base mixture
• 1/3 Cup crushed walnuts
