- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato chutney
- 2 tbsp finely diced red onion or 2 spring onions finely chopped
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- small bunch chives finely chopped
- lettuce leaves of your choice
- Optional: finely chopped dill pickles or slices
