• FILLING:
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2 cups sugar
• 4-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup evaporated milk
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1-1/2 cups finely chopped pecans
• Whipped cream
