• 1 small cucumber, finely diced
• ¼ cup oyster sauce
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• Juice from 1 lime
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• White corn tortillas
• Oil for frying
• 1 tbsp seasoning salt or all-purpose seasoning (optional)
• ¼ cup chives, sliced
• ¼ cup finger chilli, sliced
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
