- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 can of red beans
- 1 C. tablespoon of cumin
- 1 C. cayenne powder
- 1 C. tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 C. tablespoon of paprika
- 1/2 cup Bourbon Bacon BBQ sauce
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 C. tablespoon of tomato paste
- 6 large hot dog buns
- 6 smoked sausages
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of arugula
- A jalapeno pepper cut into slices
- Sour cream to taste
- ½ cup grated Tex-Mex cheese
