Rose Water Pudding (Mahalabia) - Simply Lebanese
This pudding, known as Mahalabia, is a rose water & orange blossom flavored milk pudding, topped with a variety of nuts and an orange blossom simple syrup.

- ½ cup Granulated Sugar
- 7 tb. Cornstarch
- 1 tb. Rose Water
- 1 tb. Orange Blossom Water
- ¼ cup Ground or Crushed Pistachios
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts
- ¼ cup Chopped Walnuts
- ¼ cup Sliced Almonds
- ¼ cup Raisins
- 2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tb. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Orange Blossom Water
- 2 tsp. Rose Water
