• 200g of Cold Ham, sliced
• 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 1 medium eggplant in cubes
• 1 medium cubed zucchini
• 1 small red pepper in cubes
• ½ spoon (coffee) of salt
• 2 tablespoons of chopped green olives
• 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
• 1 teaspoon of oregano
