- 500g of finely ground grains of Aleppo tree
- 1.4L of water (1400ml)
- 400g of all purpose flour
- 200g of sweetened condensed milk
- 200g (1 cup) of sugar
- 1 tbsp of water of geranium flower
- Ingredients for preparing Custard (Crème pâtissière)
- 2 egg yolks
- ½L of milk
- 3 to 4 tbsp of sugar
- 3 tbsp of corn starch
- 1 tsp of water of geranium flower
- Ground nuts for decoration
