Ingredients
- 400g petit-beurre biscuits (preferably square biscuits)
- 250ml of coffee, cold
- 125g butter, softened
- 200g of condensed sweetened milk
- 2tsp of almond or hazelnut butter or praline (optional)
- 200ml of double cream (whipping cream)
- 100g of hazelnuts, roasted and coarsely chopped
