Berry Galette - California Giant Berry Farms

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
• 8 tablespoons butter, diced and kept cold
• ¼ cup ice water (fill with ¼ cup water first, then add ice)
• 1 cup California Giant blackberries
• 1 cup California Giant blueberries
• 1 cup California Giant strawberries, halved
• 4 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons flour
• zest of half a lemon
• 1 egg + 1 tablespoon milk (egg wash)
• 1 tablespoon sugar
