• ¼ tsp salt
• 2/3 cup (100 g) unbleached all-purpose flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup (250 ml) 35% whipping cream
• 2 tbsp sugar
• ¼ tsp (1 ml) vanilla
• 2 bananas, sliced
• ¼ cup (60 ml) homemade or store-bought caramel
