Mexican Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic , minced
• 1 small onion , finely chopped
• 6 cups fresh spinach leaves , washed and trimmed
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• ½ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
• ½ cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese
• Juice of 1 lime
• Salt and pepper , to taste
• Tortilla chips or warm tortillas (optional, for serving)
