Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 2/3 cup olive oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream
- 1 cup very strong black coffee (decaf is fine)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup 100% unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 TB baking soda
- 2 cups very cold heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cold Bailey's Irish Cream
- 2 tsp unflavored gelatin (dissolved in 2 TB water)
- Chocolate curls or chocolate chips for garnish (Optional)
