Ingredients

  • For the Wonton Cups:
  • 24 square wonton wrappers
  • Water
  • For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 2 pounds uncooked peeled, deveined and tail-less shrimp (31-40 shrimp per pound)
  • 1 teaspoon sea or Himalayan pink salt
