• 250g Minced Beef
• 3-4 cloves Garlic
• 1 tbsp Fenugreek, pounded
• 1/2 tbsp Coriander Seeds, pounded
• 1 1/2 tbsp Blended Chilli
• 1/2 Chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
• 1/4 Chopped Cabbage
• 3 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1/2 tbsp Salt
• 3 pcs Boiled Eggs
