• 1 small carrot, sliced with a vegetable peeler and curled​​​​​​​​
• 1/4 cup raw pecans, crushed​​​​​​​​
• 1/2 pear, thinly sliced​​​​​​​​
• 1/2 pomegranate, de-seeded
• 1/4 cup goat cheese
• Dressing of your choice!
