- 4 oz Caramel Malt 120L
- 15 g HOP OF CHOICE (~8 IBU) 4.5% alpha pellet 60 min boil
- 15 g Willamette 5.5% alpha pellet 20 min boil
- 15 g HOP OF CHOICE 4.5% alpha pellet 10 min boil
- 21 g HOP OF CHOICE 4.5% alpha pellet 5 min boil
- 21 g HOP OF CHOICE 4.5% alpha pellet 10 min aroma
- Pub (A09) Imperial Yeast 74% attenuation 64°F - 70°F
