Spinach & Ricotta

Ingredients

• 1 Romano’s pizza crust
• 2 tbsp basil pesto
• 1 cup Ricotta cheese
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese
• 1 egg, well beaten
• 2/3 pkt frozen spinach, thawed and drained
• 1 tsp dried or fresh oregano
• ½ cup sliced mushrooms
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• ½ cup grated Mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup sliced red peppers
• Salt and pepper to taste
