Our Ohio Recipe: Cider glazed pork chops with twice baked potatoes

Ingredients

• Cider Glaze
• 1/2 cup distilled cider vinegar
• 1/3 cup light brown sugar
• 1/3 cup apple cider
• 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• Pork Chops
• 3/4-inch thick center cut pork loin chops
• Salt and pepper
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• Twice Baked Potatoes
• 4 Russet potatoes, scrubbed, dried and lightly coated with vegetable oil
• 8 slices bacon
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup milk
• 4 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 8 green onions, sliced
