- 1 egg
- ¼ cup fresh dill (chopped)
- ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups tomato puree (or passata)
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cups water
- ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
