Harissa Assassina Spaghetti One Pan Pasta Recipe

Ingredients

• 400g passata
• 3 tbsp harissa
• 1 tbsp sea salt
• 100ml olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, sliced
• 1 tbsp tomato puree
• 200g green olives, finely chopped
• half a red onion, finely chopped
• big handful of both fresh parsley and mint, finely chopped
• a dash red wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp flaked sea salt
• 1 tsp pul biber
