Meatballs Recipe
With this meatballs recipe I always use the 3 meats. I then separate enough for dinner and then freeze the rest for a dinner later.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. veal
- 1 lb. pork
- 1 lb. lamb
- 3 clove garlic- chopped
- 2 cups bread crumbs (see recipe)
- 3/4 cup Tamarack cellars firehouse red Columbia valley wine
- 6 Wilcox eggs
- Fresh chopped parsley
