Ingredients

• 400 g minced pork (or your preferred minced meat)
• 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
• 2 cloves garlic (grated)
• 1 small onion (grated)
• A handful of fresh parsley (finely chopped)
• 1 egg
• Salt (to taste)
• Black pepper (to taste)
• 6 medium-sized tomatoes (grated)
• Salt (for seasoning)
• Black pepper (for seasoning)
• Garlic powder (a pinch)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 4 medium-sized potatoes (cut into slices)
• Paprika (to taste)
• Thyme (to taste)
• Rosemary (to taste)
• Water (enough to cover the base of the pan)
• 2 tbsp olive oil (for drizzling)
