• ¾ c. of grated parmesan cheese

• 1 8 oz. package of sliced mushrooms
• 1T. olive oil
• 1 T. butter- salted
• 6 slices of provolone
• 6 Crusty Italian Rolls
• 2 T. olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic- cut in half
• 1 T. olive oil
• 1 clove of garlic- minced
• 1 can of tomato sauce
• 1 12 oz can of tomato paste
• 1 T. brown sugar
• 1/2 t. dried Italian seasoning
• ¼ c. of water
• ½ c. mayo
• 1 T. prepared pesto
