Lemon Chicken Soup - Cook with Carla

Ingredients

• 16 slices of lemon for decoration.
• 1 cup of diced, cooked chicken.
• 1 cup of white rice, already cooked.
• 8 egg yolks, beaten.
• 1/4 cup of plain flour.
• 1/4 cup of margarine or similar spread.
• 1/4 teaspoon of ground white pepper.
• 6 tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder.
• 1/2 cup of finely chopped celery.
• 1/2 cup of onions, chopped small.
• 1/2 cup of shredded carrot.
• 1/2 cup of fresh lemon juice.
• 8 cups of chicken stock.
