• 3 lrg Zucchini, washed and sliced lengthwise
• 400ml bechamel cooking cream (Sterilgarda)
• 250g minced meat
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 spoon dried oregano
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 spoons tomato concentrate
• 200g sliced mushrooms
• 200g cherry tomatoes
• 1 can tomato polpa (Mayor)
• Fresh basil leaves
• 100g grated Parmesan cheese
• 100g pine nuts
• Extra virgin olive oil
