• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 Tbsp
• vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
• 1 medium onion
• 2 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
• Vegetable oil and 1 Tbsp unsalted butter for frying the flaoutas
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
