Ingredients

• 3 eggs
• 50 ml sun-dried tomatoes oil
• salt
• 200 g feta cheese
• 80 g sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tsp sun-dried tomato oil
• 2 sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
• 300 ml 35% heavy cream
• 50 g grated Parmesan
