Ingredients
- 250g (8 oz) butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 teasp water
- 125g (4 oz) caster sugar
- 150g (5 oz) deluxe dark chocolate for cooking, chopped roughly
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 175g (6 oz) Amaretto biscuits (cookies)
- 1 tablespoon toasted flaked almonds
- icing sugar (powdered sugar) to dust
