1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/392ºF. 2. Add the carrots to an oven safe baking dish and pour over A LOT of salt. Let this bake for 30-40 minutes in the oven. 3.

- 500 g large carrots
- Lots of salt to cover the carrots
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 dl olive oil
- ½ dl maple syrup
- ½ tbsp smoked paprika
- Black pepper and salt to taste
- 1 dl chopped fresh dill
- Bagel

- Some finely chopped red onion
- Fresh dill(Optional) Capers
