Beef Short Rib Lasagne – Australian Meat Emporium

Ingredients

• 3kg Our farm beef short ribs
• ¼ cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
• Plain flour for dusting
• 1 large brown onion, finely chopped
• 1 small bunch of oregano, leaves picked, roughly chopped
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed
• 2 tbs tomato paste
• ⅓ cup (80ml) red wine
• 700ml passata
• 1 x 425g packet fresh lasagne sheets, cut in half or to fit your baking dish
• 200g buffalo mozzarella, torn into small pieces
