Ingredients

• 3 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and quartered
• 10 tbsp (1 stick + 2 tablespoons) unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3-4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
• 1/2 cup whole milk or heavy cream
• 1 tbsp fresh thyme or 2 teaspoons dried thyme
• 1 tsp each garlic and onion powder
• 1 tsp Kosher salt
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 & 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
• 1 clove garlic, grated
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
