Strawberry and polenta cupcakes - Moje wypieki
Fantastic cupcakes with polenta and strawberries. Very moist, with a lovely, slightly grainy texture that comes from the polenta.
Ingredients
- 140 g butter
- 140 g caster sugar
- finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 3 large eggs
- 140 g plain flour
- 85 g polenta
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 200 g strawberries, hulled and cut into pieces
