Ingredients
- 140 g butter
- 140 g caster sugar
- finely grated zest of 1 lemon
- 3 large eggs
- 140 g plain flour
- 85 g polenta
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 200 g strawberries, hulled and cut into pieces
- 10-12 strawberries
- 140 g icing sugar, sieved
- 1-2 strawberries, hulled and mashed with a fork
- a little freshly squeezed lemon juice
