- 75g (3oz) cooking chorizo (2 small sausages), casings removed, finely diced
- small handful flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 tbsp milk
- 320g (11oz) ready rolled, all-butter puff pastry
- a little plain flour, for dusting
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
